Delivery How long does delivery take? Delivery schedules are done on a job-by-job basis. We aim to turnaround your order in 2 weeks. Subject to press and material availability.
Do you charge for delivery
All next-day delivery charges are included in our quotation. We do charge, but this cost is amortised. If you require same day or other special deliveries: please call us on 01159 286421.
Materials
Can I use any type of material
Yes, owing to the nature of our presses and our relationships with our valued suppliers, we can purchase and convert near-any type of material. Our limitation comes with material caliper (thickness), our minimum is 50microns and our maximum is 350microns.
What material should I choose?
Please speak with our experienced sales team and they will help to guide you through this process, the only information we need is the product’s use!
Can you supply labels for chemical application
Yes, we often produce labels that reach the chemical market.
Do you supply environmentally friendly labels?
We convert many materials that are sustainable and environmentally friendly. The state of our planet is a problem that we should all help to resolve.

Can you create bespoke labels?
More than 90% of what we convert are completely bespoke items. We aim to give the best solution for your application.
Can you produce peel and reveal and read labels?
If you can think of a label construction that we can’t produce, drinks are on us. We aim to make your purchasing easy and centralised, meaning that we continually look to develop and improve our product range.
How many colours can you print?
We can print anything between 0-8 colours in-line. We also print variable data, thermally reactive ink, latex, adhesive kills and many more coatings/inks.
Can you print barcodes?
Yes, all that we need is a data sheet with your barcode numbering range. Please call us, on 01159 286421, to discuss further.
Can you produce sheeted labels?
We can finish products to sheet form, reel form or fan-folded form.

Do you have sample packs available?
Yes, we can send a sample pack to an address of your choosing.
Can you produce a trial?
We forever produce trials/bespoke samples for our customers.
What services do you offer?
We aim to help our customers in the most appropriate way. If you require stock to be held, we can. If you require fast turnarounds, we can do this. Ask our team.
How do you ensure quality?
We use quality assessment surveys for each roll of raw material that we convert, our trusted operators then fill these in and file them with your ticket record. Each box of finished goods has reference to the roll of raw material, the time of manufacture, the press and the operator – this ensures traceability.
Can you design my label artwork?
We do not have in-house design facilities. If you speak with us on our 01159 286421, we will be sure to help point you in the direction you need.

How do we get a quote?
Simply call in, or email and explain your enquiry, we will then work to submit a price within 2 hours.
What is your strong suit?
Our product range is very varied; the kit we use is most efficient when dealing with larger run lengths. As a general rule of thumb, if the quantity is less than 10,000, we may not be as competitive as digital converters.
How do I make payment?
Payment can be made in one of two ways, if it’s a first time order; we will, potentially, look at a proforma invoice. Otherwise, our standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice.
